The Queensland Child Death Case Review Committee (CDCRC) was established to increase the accountability of the child protection system in Queensland. It reviews the deaths of children known to the child safety service system and contributes to broader policy and practice development and child death prevention strategies.

New Child Death Case Review Committee
Members of the Child Death Case Review Committee (CDCRC) are appointed by the Minister for a term of three years. In November 2010, a new CDCRC was appointed. Read more
